Majestic Gems: Merge Game

1. Introduction

This Privacy Policy explains how Majestic Gems: Merge Game (the "Game"), an Android puzzle game published by Teckvertex Labs, handles information. The Game does not require account creation, registration, or login, and players do not need to provide their real name or email address to play.

2. Local Gameplay Data

Gameplay information, including level progress, coins, preferences, sound settings, and other game settings, is stored locally on your device. Teckvertex Labs does not provide account-based cloud saves for this local gameplay data and does not transmit it to Teckvertex Labs as part of normal gameplay. Clearing application data or uninstalling the Game generally removes this information, subject to Android or device backup and restoration functionality.

3. Third-Party Services

The Game uses Firebase Analytics, displays advertisements using Google AdMob, and uses Google's User Messaging Platform (UMP). These Google services may process technical, analytics, advertising, device, identifier, and related information as described below. The information processed depends on service configuration, device settings, region, applicable law, consent choices, and Google's policies.

The Game does not currently use Firebase Crashlytics.

4. Firebase Analytics

Majestic Gems: Merge Game uses Firebase Analytics to understand engagement, gameplay activity, level progression, feature usage, retention, where players stop playing, and general application performance.

Firebase Analytics may process app-instance identifiers, device and app information, operating-system information, application interactions, usage events, session and engagement information, approximate location inferred from an IP address where applicable, and technical or diagnostic information where applicable. The information processed depends on Firebase configuration, device settings, region, applicable law, and Google's policies. 5. Advertising / Google AdMob

Majestic Gems: Merge Game displays advertisements using Google AdMob. Interstitial advertisements may appear at suitable, natural points in gameplay. Rewarded advertisements are optional; players may choose to watch them to receive an in-game benefit such as coins, additional attempts, or another applicable reward.

Google and its advertising partners may process device information, operating-system information, IP address, approximate or general location inferred from IP address, advertising identifiers where permitted, ad impressions, ad interactions and clicks, rewarded-ad events, advertising performance information, diagnostic information, and fraud-prevention information. The exact information processed may vary based on region, consent choices, device settings, applicable law, advertising configuration, and Google's policies. Teckvertex Labs does not create advertising profiles from players' local gameplay data.

6. Advertising Consent and Privacy Choices

Majestic Gems: Merge Game uses Google's User Messaging Platform (UMP), Google's privacy and consent messaging mechanism, to manage advertising consent and privacy choices where required. AdMob is the advertising provider. Privacy messages may be shown depending on region, applicable privacy law, consent status, and Google's configuration, so not every player necessarily sees the same message.

Players in applicable regions, including the European Economic Area, United Kingdom, Switzerland, or other jurisdictions covered by relevant requirements, may be shown privacy or consent choices before certain advertising technologies are used. Players in applicable US jurisdictions may also receive privacy choices where required by applicable law and Google's configured privacy messaging. Advertising may be personalised, non-personalised, or otherwise restricted depending on consent, region, applicable law, device settings, and Google's configuration.

Where applicable, players may be able to review or update advertising privacy choices through privacy options provided by the Game, Google, Android, or the applicable consent interface.

7. How Information Is Used

• provide gameplay and remember progress and preferences on your device;
• understand engagement, gameplay activity, feature usage, and retention;
• evaluate and improve the Game and its general performance;
• display ads, provide optional ad rewards, and measure advertising performance;
• detect and prevent advertising fraud or abuse;
• comply with legal obligations and respond to support requests.

8. Sharing and Sale of Information

Teckvertex Labs does not sell players' personal information or local gameplay progress. Certain analytics data, advertising data, and technical information may be processed by Google and its partners through Firebase Analytics, AdMob, UMP, and related Google services as described in this policy, subject to their policies and applicable privacy choices.

9. Data Retention and Deletion

Local progress and settings remain on your device until you clear the Game's data or uninstall it, subject to device backup and restoration functionality. Google, Firebase, AdMob, and advertising partners may retain information according to their own privacy and retention practices. Support emails may be retained for a reasonable period necessary to respond to requests and maintain related records. Because the Game has no Teckvertex Labs account or cloud save, there is no cloud gameplay account to delete.

10. Children's Privacy

Majestic Gems: Merge Game is intended for players aged 13 and over and is not directed at children under 13. Teckvertex Labs does not knowingly solicit personal information directly from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided personal information, please contact us so we can take appropriate action.

11. Security

Teckvertex Labs uses reasonable safeguards appropriate to the Game. Local storage reduces unnecessary transmission of gameplay data, but security also depends on your device. No electronic storage or transmission system can guarantee absolute security.

12. Third-Party Links and Services

Advertisements and store listings may link to services operated by others. Those services are governed by their own privacy policies, and Teckvertex Labs is not responsible for their content or privacy practices.

13. Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy if the Game, its third-party services, advertising practices, analytics configuration, cloud functionality, privacy requirements, or other data practices change. The current version is published at this URL with its "Last updated" date.
